National Science Day Overview

National Science Day is celebrated annually on February 28 to honor the discovery of the Raman Effect by Indian physicist Sir C.V. Raman, who was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1930. This day is dedicated to the contributions of scientists toward the advancement of humanity and serves as a platform to inspire innovation, encourage scientific thinking, and promote awareness of the significance of science in daily life.

On the occasion of National Science Day, Arifa Institute of Technology marked a significant milestone with the successful completion of the CAD (Computer-Aided Design) training program for its students.
